TWO-WAY GATE DIVERTER VALVE
The MELDIV two-way gate diverter valve is designed to redirect the flow of bulk materials in pneumatic conveying systems, particularly alternative fuels.
MELDIV is a Y-shaped valve with a mechanical slide gate, featuring two outlets and one inlet. The inlet is connected to the slide gate via a flexible connection, allowing the material flow to be redirected between the two outlets or, alternatively, to switch between two inlets and one outlet. The valve is actuated by a pneumatic piston.
The MELDIV diverter valve features a robust steel construction focused on easy maintenance and straightforward replacement of wear parts designed for maximum service life. Critical components, such as the slide gate, are made of stainless steel to ensure reliable and trouble-free operation.
The valve is available in sizes ranging from DN 100 to DN 250.
