MELDOCK 4S

4-Screws docking station is a specialized device designed for unloading bulk materials from trucks with walking floors trailers. It is designed as the first link in the  conveying system, ensuring a continuous and efficient unloading process with a maximum capacity of 200 m³/h. The system equipped with  four transport screws which ensure even and continuous conveying of material to subsequent processing equipment

The station's construction is designed with a strong emphasis on dust minimization and meets the requirements for use in explosive atmospheres. Compared to the MELDOCK 5S model, this type is designed for a lower output; however, its major advantage is a smaller installation footprint and a lower purchase price.

To ensure maximum tightness and eliminate material spillage, the station is equipped with a multi-level sealing system. Side sealing flaps fit tightly against the sides of the vehicle, preventing the escape of both material and dust. The top seal covers the space between the docking station roof and the trailer, effectively minimizing dust emission into the surroundings. The bottom seal prevents material from falling under the vehicle, which contributes to operational cleanliness and increases the overall efficiency of the unloading process.

The side and bottom sealing flaps are pneumatically operated, allowing for precise and reliable adaptation to various types of trailers. To enclose the station and protect it from external influences, the equipment features automatic roll-up doors, which further help reduce dust and ensure safe operation.
