You can log in to the portal here. 

For detailed information about your device, please log in using the email address and password provided to you.
For basic access without device-specific details, simply enter the device serial number.

Spare Parts

Wear and replacement parts can be conveniently ordered through the customer portal.

Simply log in, select the required parts, specify the quantity, and submit your order using the your device’s serial number. We will take care of the rest and keep you informed about  your order status.
