MELDOCK 1S

1-Screw Docking Station is a specialized device designed for unloading bulk materials transported to the receiving station in a container. It is designed as the primary element of a conveying line, ensuring a continuous unloading process with a maximum capacity of 22 m³/h. The system features a single screw conveyor that discharges the material into the downstream technology.

The interior of the station is designed with a strong focus on dust minimization and meets the stringent requirements for use in explosive atmospheres. The structural design is particularly suitable for powder-type bulk materials, typically sludges.

The operating principle involves placing the entire container into the receiving station, where it is securely locked in place. Subsequently, the station along with the container is tilted until the container doors open, a process carefully regulated by hydraulic cylinders within the station. With further tilting, the container is gradually emptied, and the material is continuously fed by the screw conveyor into the subsequent technology. Because the entire container and its contents are fully enclosed within the receiving station, no material spills outside the equipment. This significantly contributes to operational cleanliness and enhances the overall efficiency of the unloading process.
