MELDOCK 5S

The screw docking station is a specialized device designed for unloading bulk materials from trucks with walking floor trailers or dump trucks. MELDOCK 5S serves as the first link in the conveying system, ensuring a smooth and efficient unloading process with a maximum capacity of up to 500 m³/h. The system is equipped with five transport screws, which ensure even and continuous conveying of material to subsequent processing equipment. The docking station's design emphasizes dust minimization and complies with requirements for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

To ensure maximum tightness and prevent material leakage, the station is equipped with a multi-level sealing system. Side sealing flaps fit snugly against the vehicle’s sides ,  preventing material and dust from escaping. The top seal covers the gap between the docking station roof and the trailer, effectively reducing dust emissions into the environment. The bottom seal prevents material from falling beneath the vehicle, contributing  to clean operation and improving  overall unloading efficiency.

The side and bottom sealing flaps are pneumatically operated, allowing precise  and reliable adjustment to different trailer types. To close the station and protect it from external influences, the device is equipped with automatic roller doors, further reducing  dust and ensuring  safe operation.
