RDF intake, conveying and dosing

The objective of the project is to replace coal-based Multidust with alternative fuels while maintaining operational parameters and reliability – Zero Coal Dust. Polyurethane (PUR) dust from cooling appliances, crumb rubber from tires, tire textiles, and activated carbon pellets have been identified as suitable replacement materials.

The production line includes material reception, transport, and subsequent dosing into a new satellite burner. The MELCON C unit used was designed to be pressure-resistant for a reduced pressure of 350 mbar.
