Transportation of dust particles

This project involved the delivery of two MELCON C chain conveyors for transporting dust generated during the cement production process for further processing. The MELCON C is a fully enclosed chain conveyor with a T-shaped chain and a system for monitoring chain tension and service life. For this specific application, the conveyors were fitted with stainless steel liners on the bottom and sides to ensure the required wear resistance.

The conveyors are also equipped with a remote condition monitoring system, enabling  predictive maintenance and ensuring reliable , uninterrupted operation through timely service planning.
